What do I want to learn in digital immersion?
-Must put in 3 things you are looking forward to learning
-Must put in 3 things you are nervous about
-Must put in 3 things that you bring to the class – what you already know

In digital immersion I would like learn all about popular web based or download programs that can be helpful in terms to the convenience and help it brings but also enjoyment from using them. I also want to learn about technology and how it has affected our lives in today’s society as well as some comparisons between different applications that provides similar “services” so I can understand which ones that are more recommended to use. (For example which free anti-virus is the more suggested one to use such as better protection, better service in general, better performance and etc)

Being in a new school and a brand new special class I tend to have a lot of things that I am nervous about, with new students and new teachers I’m kind of afraid that I might not achieve positive impressions on them. In addition, now being at secondary school I’m not sure of the different work criteria expected and difficulty of the class curriculum. Specifically I am worried about accidentally breaking my laptop when carrying it, I try to take good care of my laptop at the best of my ability though there's still a lot of proper procedure and precautions I don't understand.

Some of the things I already know that might relate with Digital Immersion are for instance the basic understanding of computer usage, some knowledge of application I already use for personal purpose (Google account, Windows Live, and more), and previous experiences from other classes. (Wikispaces and other curriculum subjects)
