Browser Comparison

As of so far the top browsers widely known are Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Opera, Safari, and Firefox. Each of them is developed by different companies and have their pros and cons depending on the circumstances.

-Widely commonly  used by users since it’s the default browser that comes included in Microsoft OS.
-Can disable images, cookies, plugins, and more individually
-Can auto-complete with personal information and website username
-Comes included in Mac OS therefore a good choice and widely used by Mac users.
-Can handle per-site settings for cookies, pop-ups, add-on installs and images.
-Does not have spell checker
-Ad filter needs to be additionally installed
-Can be used on mobile devices.
-Some feature such as mouse gesture and voice control is only available if you use a Mac OS
-Contains Privacy mode
-Supports InPrivate Browsering
-Some Microsoft websites are not supported

-No full screen mode
-Does not have full text history search
-No spatial navigation
-Best overall performance


-Best full screen mode.
-Supports ActiveX
No search engine feature (other than google)



-Lot of known unpatched vulnerabilities




-Slow page loading speed.






Here is just some of the information I gathered for each individual browser, in my option Google Chrome probably has the best overall performance and it works well on my laptop.
